Kickboxing helps children develop skills that benefit them both in training and in everyday life. Our junior kickboxing classes teach a wide range of techniques, from beginner to advanced level, including stance, guard, footwork, jabs, crosses, hooks, and kicks.

As well as learning kickboxing skills, children improve their strength, endurance, coordination, mobility, and overall fitness.

Classes include a variety of exercises that build core strength, movement, confidence, and discipline in a fun and supportive setting.
